Hi Everyone!

It's been ages and ages since I joined in with WOYWW, because I just didn't have enough time in my day to do everything I would love to do (you know that thing where you need an elaaaaaaaastic day, which stretches to accommodate all the stuff you're trying to cram into it?) - but I really want to pick it up again, for at least two reasons

1. I have my shiny new workroom to show off, instead of the shameful shambles it used to be, with a 12" square of free floor space in the middle for me to squat in like a crafty toad!
2. I miss snouting around other people's workdesks. Let's be honest - it's always fun to find out what other people are up to and check out their stuff - admit it, it's true!

So here's what's on my workdesk today - a nearly-finished mini book for my gorgeous niece Alice.

And just so you can see the transformation, here's what my workdesk looked like just two Wednesdays ago

Here's a close-up of Alice's Book, which is too fat already and still growing ... I've just taken the pages off the original book rings ...

 ... and I'm hoping it will fit onto these bigger ones, then I'll tie lots of ribbons onto them.
