SOC4 Week Two - More Snail Art

Hi Everyone,

I'm still running to catch up with Summer of Color 4 - if you haven't joined in yet, it's not too late, check all the details by clicking on the link.

The lovely Kristin has come up with another fabulous colour combo this week - Coral & Teal with a smudge, splash or pop of Bright White ...

I made my art journal page first, using canvas paper, acrylic paints, Distress Ink, Studio Matte Multi Medium, Tim Holtz Remnant Rubs, pearlescent glue, Stickles and a napkin I scrounged from a friend who made us a delicious lunch earlier today ....

I didn't have much time to spare, so this was a very quick page ...

... and as you can see, Doris now has a colourful friend to keep her company ...

Say hello to Coral!

Ok, so now I'm caught up - Doris and Coral can't wait to see who will join them next week!

Thanks for popping in today, see you again soon :o)xxx

I just love Doris and Coral! They look like best friends! You used this week's SOC colors with such creativity!
You have the most beautiful canvas. Truly gorgeous. I've never heard of that canvas paper before, so it's something I'll have to check out the next time I'm at a craft store.

Coral and Doris are adorable. I take it this will be a continuing theme. They truly look like they go together.

Oh what a colourful collection (herd?) of snails you will have by the end of this! What characters, so much fun!
Your journal page is a beauty too, the spotty stripes, I just love those!
