WOYWW 323

Hi everyone,

Ooooohh I've missed Blogland while I've been away doing Other Stuff and it's good to be back! One of the things I missed most is catching up with friends over at Julia's Stamping Ground for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

First of all, I want to say a belated thank you for the last two ATCs I received for the WOYWW 6th Anniversary ATC Swap. The first one was from Jan and the second was from Zoe - they're both just beautiful and I will treasure them thankyou ladies ...

From Jan
From Zoe
Strictly speaking, I don't have an actual workdesk to show today as I'm busy packing again for a few days amidst the dreaming spires of beautiful Oxford with some friends. So, instead of cutting and sticking this morning, I was busy gathering essential supplies ...

... various devices, chargers, umbrella, Oyster card, Zentangle stuff - when the postie arrived with my Quirky Kit wooHOOO!! So of course everything had to stop while I unpacked it and checked out all the goodies inside ...

... so much gorgeousness! On the top you can see the sketch card that came with the kit and also the long list of jobs I really SHOULD be doing before I go away. Ah well hey ho, it's only half ten :o)

I have time for a quick coffee and a nosey round some more interesting crafty spaces over at Julia's - do pop over and join us - show us what's on your workdesk this week!

Thanks for stopping by and see you again soon.

Hi Annie, Oxford is on our list of to-do places, in fact as we plan on having a bank holiday trip down Kent way, we may get it done then, lol. Fully understand the distraction of crafting, when there are other things we really should be doing, lol. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #14 xxx
You always can tell a true artist/crafter, because they travel with art supplies. LOL! Have fun on your escapade to Oxford and happy WOYWW! #43

Oxford is fab (the ashmolean museum is wonderful and free to get in!). You must visit the covered market in the centre too, it's got a really funky vibe. I'm only an hour away, so we visit quite frequently. Have a wonderful time with your mates!!

Hope you have a lovely trip - and won't it be wonderful to come back knowing there's all kinds of new 'toys' to play with?!!! Happy woyww and a warm hug (it's hot and humid in the Netherlands at the moment!) from Holland, Marit #36

Great to see you again and welcome back!
I'm very late at commenting this week as we've been away. But so have you! I hope you had a really lovely time in Oxford. I have never been to Oxford but it is supposed to be very beautiful.
I was intrigued about your Quirky Kit and went to their site to have a look. They ship worldwide! So I might think about that, although I have lots of stash to use up first...
