Daring Cardmakers - Black. White. Pop!

Hello Bloggy Friends,

This year I've promised myself I'll have a go at some of the challenges over at Daring Cardmakers, as they always look really fun, easy, and inspiring.

There's a new challenge every Friday, this week was to make black and white cards with a pop of colour. Here's my take on the idea ...

Very quick, very easy, using some old scraps, my new watercolour paints, and the free stamp set from a magazine. Here's another look ...

These will joing my little store of cards ready to send out whenever I need them, and cards a a great way of trying out techniques and using up stash. Can't wait to see what idea they'll come up with nex time :o)

Thanks for visiting my blog today, see you again soon!

Great idea, Annie - they do look easy but impressive at the same time with the b&w border and the simple colour pop. Love the addition of the little pompoms! I'm assuming you don't want this linked to WOYWW - hopefully some of the ladies will visit nevertheless! Have a lovely day! xx
Nothing makes colours pop like the addition of black, brilliant. Think I may have to visit the DC challenge blog, sounds interesting. Have a great woyww, Angela x17x
