I recently joined up for Sketchbook Revival 2019, a free online workshop hosted by Karen Abend. For the very first session, Kooje Koene showed us how to create a self portrait, without lifting the pen or looking at the paper.
This was great fun, so I tried it a few times - here are a couple of the more successful attempts ...
Neither of them look like me, but I do like the sketchy quality and I think maybe they've caught a bit of my personality :o)
