WOYWW #604 - Hopes and Plans

 Hello Deskers and Bloggy Friends, 

It's Wednesday, time to link up over at Julia's Stamping Ground and share what's on our workdesks this week. Here's mine ...

Demelza has run a comb through her Lockdown Locks, so she's ready to show off her party dress ...

... and those cute tiny shoes I was telling you about last time ...



So, the weirdest Christmas ever has come and gone and we're ready to welcome 2021 and the promise of a better year to come for all of us. I have lots of crafty plans - first thng is to get some manly birthday cards made. I'm thinking it would be a good idea to make over my old planner and use it as a bullet journal with lists and stuff to keep track of all the stuff I want to do in the coming year.

Happy New Year to all my bloggy friends, I'm confident that there really is light at the end of the tunnel now, but we're not quite out of the woods yet (mixing metaphors with gay abandon there), so please take good care of yourselves.

Wow, Demelza is a bit of a babe isn’t she?! Love her shoes, so dainty - you are a clever gal Annie, able to turn your hand to anything, your sewing is fantastic. The journal sounds a great idea, it’s the sort of thing I always think I should do but know myself too well now, it’ll never happen!

I’ll take those mixed metaphors and probably raise you a couple before the virus is conquered! Won’t it be lovely to talk about the end of the Pandemic rather than wish for it. Like you, I believe it can happen now. Slowly slowly...talking of slowly, oh those shoes must have taken an age - they are perfect! demelza looks fabulous in her shot silk gown, again Annie, I love how small a scale you excel at!

Isn't Demelza gorgeous, Annie! And her little shoes are amazing! She's all dressed up and ready to celebrate the New Year. Thank you for your visit, and I am more than delighted to share my tiny carpet designs with you - if I do any more, I'll let you know! I can't wait to see your Eastern Bazaar with its tiny carpets! I know I'm just going to love that... Sorreee, you can't have my stuff - and certainly not the kitties! Although when Ruby is naughty I threaten her with selling her on Ebay, so next time I tell her "You can go off kitties," she might be on her way to you lol!!
