Hello and welcome back to my craft room blog.
Decided to give my busy head a rest today with a really quick page in my Wreck This Journal. The prompt was " press leaves and other found things here", but I didn't really fancy doing that, so I just got inpired by "leaves" and did a negative painting of overlapping leaves -
With the negative painting technique, you start with the lightest layers in the foreground and work backwards. I used four colours of acrylic paint and finished with black and white coloured pencils. If you would like to see a speed-through of the process, click here for the video.
