WOYWW #403 - still dreaming in miniature!!

 Hi Everyone,

I'll be working when this posts itself tomorrow, but hopefully my lovely friend Zsuzsa will spot it and link me up over at Julia's Stamping Ground and I can catch up with everyone over the next few days. Pop over and join us if you fancy showing the world What's On YOUR Workdesk Wednesday - or just come and have a good old snout around see what everyone else has been up to this week.

Here's mine this as it looked this afternoon ...

The beginnings of yet another miniature kit from China - a really cute caravan with a music box and working lights woooohooooooo!!! In front of it you can see a stencil which my son made for me on his 3D printer today.

Now I seem to be accumulating a lot of miniatures so I had to find space for them, which meant another reshuffle of my craft room. They now live on a shelf just behind and to the left of where I sit at this desk ...

If you look very closely, you may be able to spot my injured miniature couple who were knocked off a shelf a couple of weeks ago - all mended now thank goodness, and you can hardly see the joins (not to my eyes anyway!).

In order to clear that shelf for minis, I had to find a new home for my tag books - they're now piled up on a unit to the right of my desk, but it's not a very good permanent spot ...

How did I ever get so much STUFF??!? Something's going to have to go, but I need it ALL!! :D

Ok that's way to much waffle and too many pictures - I'm going to schedule this for tomorrow then go play with my caravan for a bit on the way to bed. Thanks for popping in today, have a fabulous week and I'll catch up with everyone over the next few days.

That's a very impressive storage system you have there Annie! The miniatures look great on the shelf and the caravan looks like fun too! Stencil with a 3D printer - wow! I can't even imagine how that works! You may be onto something! Happy WOYWW!

Oh that camper just looks so cool. Cant wait to see it finished. I think every crafter runs out of space at some point. My lament too I need it all :D Good luck.
When my father in law passed away I inherited a wooden trunk from him which I loved. It is fairly large and is in one of my spare rooms. It is the perfect place to put all my mini albums and other stuff that I don't need right near me :D

Hang on, so your little caravan holds a music box, one with a wind up handle and plays a tune? WHAT? Please feature this when you finish it, won't you? I collect little metal wind up music boxes, I used to get them from my local Hawkins Bazaar until it closed down. That is some storage system you have there. Good job on fixing the broken mini. Have a great week and see you next week - EmbroidRage #2 x

Hi Annie,

That's a lot of storage space! So glad the lovely couple got mended and are in a safe place.

I'm slowly setting up my new craft room and it's taking an extra long time because I get distracted. I put something in a spot and then decide it should go somewhere else. It sounds like it's neverending!

Happy WOYWW
