WOYWW #513 - Trash Dolls

Hello Fellow Deskers and Bloggy Peeps,

It's Wednesday, time to link up over at Julia's Stamping Ground forWhat's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

I've been having a fine old time on mine, using up recycled boxes and tubes and lots of hoarded bits and bobs to make .... TRASH DOLLS ...

There are a few more half finished waiting to join them ...

I've also finished crocheting a whole ball of wool into forget-me-nots to go to the hospital, where they will become part of a community artwork to help raise dementia awareness ...

That's it for now, time to pop over to Julia's blog to link up and see what everyone else has been up to - Zsuzsa if you've linked me up already, thank you very much my friend :o)

Thanks for visiting me today, see you again soon.

Love Annie xxx

Your trash dolls look so much fun, Annie - and you've made so many! The forget-me-nots are so pretty as well and what a worthwhile cause - a very poignant choice of flower for raising awareness about dementia. I'm skiving this week (again) but hope to be back soon! Have a lovely week! xx

I love your art dolls - what a fabulous project, or set of projects because each one must take a while to make.
But ... the forget me nots take the premier spot for me - they are so pretty and for such a worthwhile cause too.
Thanks for sharing

Adore your ur forget me nots Annie, and think it’s such a lovely name for a flower don’t you think... I’m a little different to most I find those dolls and lots of stamps in that style kind of scarey, I’m easily frightened ... don’t know why think, it’s the firm staring eyes.. happy belated WOYWW.

Talk about two completely different projects! I have to say the sight of the forget me nots is quite lovely, you’re goinggreat guns with them! The trash dolls make me smile, because they aren’t trashy dolls which is a very entirely different thing....according to my husband! Great and arty way to use bits and bobs, bet you had fun.
