Giveaway Rules and Details

  • Participants must be over 18.
  • 6 Prizes as follows - 
  • 2 x handmade sketch books donated by Kerry (UK ONLY)
  • 1 x handmade Positivity Pouch donated by Tori of KoolKookyKreatures (UK ONLY)
  • 1 x "Mess" book and 1 x "Wreck This Journal" book (Two separate winners to be drawn for these, first choice will go to UK only, remaining book will be open internationally).
  • 1 x handmade needle book featuring Maggie Morris stitch sampler (Open internationally)
  • Prizes will be sent to the winners ASAP, there will be no charge for delivery.
  • Prize-winner will be drawn at random during the live stream on YouTube on 4th April 2026, using Wheel of Names online, link below.

  • Winner will be drawn and announced by username during the live event on YouTube. 
  • Winner will be asked to contact Annie by email or direct message on Discord within 21 days after the event, in order to provide address/contact details.
  • Sketch books and positivity pouch will be sent direct to the winners by the donors, so address/contact details will be shared with Kerry and Tori where necessary. 
  • Winner may also be announced by username on YouTube, Discord, and Facebook after the event.
  • Any prizes which remain unclaimed after 21 days will be forfeited and go back into the draw for the next live event. 
  • A bot will be used during the event to collate the user names of the participating viewers in order to facilitate the draw, this list will then be deleted.
  • A list of winners will be collated during the event, this will be deleted or destroyed once prizes have been sent out.
  • If viewers are unable to enter the draw during the live stream, they can contact Annie by email by 6pm BST on the day of the live and request to be entered in the draw.
  • All prizes include delivery. Winners will never be asked for money or bank details, or to visit any websites or to sign up to anything. Please be wary of scammers and do not click on links in messages purporting to be from Arty Farty Annie or Annie Claxton as they may be fake.
  • Discord, Facebook and YouTube are not affiliated with the draw or event and have no liability associated with it. 
Privacy
  • Participants will not be asked for any personal information in order to enter any of the giveaways.
  • If a participant wins one of the giveaways, the username used to enter the draw will be announced during the live stream as well as on Facebook and Discord.
  • The list of usernames for the draws will be deleted immediately after the event. 
  • We will record the usernames of the prizewinners and they will be asked to contact Annie via email in order to provide an address to send the prize to.
  • This information will only be shared with the person who is sending the prize.
  • After the prize has been sent, any record of names and addresses will be deleted or destroyed.
