Arty Farty Giveaway

Giveaway Rules and Details
- Participants must be over 18.
- International entries allowed.
- Prizes will be sent to winners via Royal Mail, by the least expensive option available, so it may take a while to reach recipients, especially if outside the UK.
- Once the items have been collected by Royal mail, I cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
- Four prize-winners will be drawn at random at the end of the live stream, using Wheel of Names online, link below.

- Prizes are all donated by Annie Claxton and include one ScrawlrBox from a previous month, one Slow-Stitcher's Wotnot Kit, one Pass the Pugs game, and one mini-in-a-tin which has been hand-made from a kit.
- Draw will be open from 17:30 1st June to 17:30 3rd June.
- There will be four ways to enter this draw -
- Comment on the relevant post on Instagram.
- Comment on the relevant post on Facebook.
- Comment in the relevant channel in Discord.
- Via the live chat during the live stream on YouTube.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but duplicate entries are not - so each person may get up to four entries by commenting on the relevant Instagram and Facebook posts, in the Discord channel and via the live chat on YouTube, but only one comment per person per post will be counted as an entry in the draw.
- Winner will be drawn and announced by username during the live event on YouTube.
- Winners will also be announced by username on Discord, Facebook and Instagram after the event.
- Usernames from Discord, Instagram and Facebook will be collated into a spreadsheet after the draw closes, along with the YouTube usernames of viewers participating via the live chat..
- The winner does not need to be present during the live stream to claim the Star Prize, they will be notified separately via the platform they used to make their winning entry.
- A bot will be used to collate the user names of the participating viewers.
- When a viewer wins a prize, their username remains in the draw, so they may win multiple prizes.
- ScrawlrBox, Instagram, Discord and YouTube are not affiliated with the draw or event and have no liability associated with it.
Privacy
- Participants will not be asked for any personal information in order to enter any of the giveaways, only their username for the platform on which they enter the draw will be needed at that stage.
- If a participant wins one of the giveaways, the username used to enter the draw will be announced during the live stream as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
- The spreadsheet used to collate the usernames for the Star Prize draw will be deleted immediately after the event.
- We will record the usernames of the prizewinners and they will be asked to contact Annie directly via email, Discord, Facebook or Instagram, in order to provide an address to send the prize to.
- This information will not be shared with anyone else.
- After the prize has been sent, any record of names and addresses will be deleted or destroyed.
