WOYWW #305

Hi everyone,

It's that time of the week when Deskers from all over the world gather over at Julia's Stamping Ground to show-n-tell for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - anyone is welcome, make yourself a cuppa and pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground to link up and show us yours, or just have  a good old nosey around and see what everyone else is up to! :o)

I haven't been able to join in for a couple of weeks, but I'm recovering quickly from my surgery and I have been tinkering a bit in my craft room this week. Here's my desk as it looks this morning

I'm about to embark on a fun project as a gift for a friend. The gorgeous papers are from the Graphic 45 Mother Goose collection which I've been hoarding for ages, and a stack of greyboard which I got from Every Crafts A Pound - hopefully I will have something fabulous to show you next time!

Another project this week was to make a little something for a friend's new baby. I found a pattern for these cute crocheted baby moccasins on Share a Pattern - an amazing site, full of great crochet and knitting patterns, all free to download ...

Aren't they sweet?!? They were so quick to make and I was so chuffed with the results that I went on to make another pair ...

... well, you can never have too many shoes, right??

I need to hide this now as the Mum-to-be in question is due to arrive here at any moment (she doesn't read my blog so that's ok).

Remember to nip over to Julia's and join in the fun - see you there :o)

Thanks for visiting my blog today

Oh those little shoes are sooo cute! I might have a look at that myself as I have a 5 month old grandson who would look great in those!
Re green tea... I think the secret is to put in very few leaves so that the tea is see-through. Or if you use tea bags, just dunk them for a very short while. Strong green tea is not very nice tasting.
Thank you for stopping by earlier,
Have a good week,
