WOYWW #397

Hello everyone,

I'll be beavering away at the office by the time you see this, but I'll be back later. Hopefully my mate Zsuzsa from Inky Dinky Doodle will do the honours and link this up for me over at the lovely Julia's Stamping Ground and I'll be back later to join the party and check out what's been happening on everyone else's desks this week.

So here's mine ...

I've started working on a cute room box kit which I got from China via Ali Express - these kits are amazing, the box contains everything you need to make a tiny room, including the lighting and clear acrylic sheets to enclose the whole thing. This one is going to be a kitchen. I've always loved miniatures, but my eyes are struggling a bit, so I may have to get a nerdy magnifier headset thingy in order to complete the job.

The reorganisation of my craft room continues. Here's a picture of the files I got to store my stamps and dies ...

... I can't believe that jumbled mess all fitted in to this space!! The paint storage unit I won at Scrapstars last year has finally been put together as well ...

A couple of people asked me about the clock last time - it was a gift from my brother Ivan, and it really works!!

It's been wonderful to get back into my crafty space again, I've really missed it, and I really missed What's On Your Workdesk Wednesdays as well. I'll be back this evening to catch up with everyone over at Julia's - see you there! ::o)

I didn't forget, yay! Loving the miniature house! Anything with lights in it is awesome in my book! I've ordered a few small things from China before, but some of them never arrived - I always got refunded though. It's amazing that they can send you stuff for just 99p postage included! The paint storage looks very useful and how cool is that clock! Happy WOYWW! Don't beaver too hard LOL!

Hi Annie. What a gorgeous little room - what fun! Take heart - if I do any pergamano I have specs on, then a large magnifier with a daylight lamp around it.... only way I can see the little holes!
I love that clock - just oozing its way off the shelf. Brilliant, and quirky.
Take care. God bless.

Great tidying up. I have to start doing that. It's on my 'list'. The miniature room looks really fun and fiddly. Hope you'll show us a finished photo.

Happy WOYWW

Your little room reminds me of doll houses I always wanted as a child but didn't have room for! I always vowed that if I had a daughter she would have a dolls house.. but unfortunately, no children came along.. but I am now plotting to get one for my niece when she turns 3 in September... every little girl needs a doll house!

I love the storage you have in your space.. it always amazes me too when I do have a tidy up that everything that is strewn all over the place really does fit in my storage.. shame I am too lazy to clear up after each project.. life is too short sometimes hehe.

Have a great week,

Busy as usual, love the clock. Keep us informed with the progress of the mini. The internet is not good here so will make this a quick one today. Happy woyww, Angela x 14

I love Dali clocks too! Great project you've got on the go. I made a miniature shadow box for my Mum a while ago. Does strain on the eyes! Nice to meet you. Sez x #51

Oh yeah I hear you on the glasses thingy... I may have to get one of those too. Bummer. That little house looks so cute.
I am really struggling to find a way to store all my stuff that really works and looks good. The truth is I think that I have too much stuff :/ I really do think it holds you back sometimes.
